A school bus aide for Bensalem High School is accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old student with special needs.
Ali Khan, 62, of Bensalem Township, was arrested after he, allegedly, inappropriately touched a child on the bus to Bensalem High School on both Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and Thursday, July 30, 2026, investigators said.

Police said the arrest came after the parents of the victim contacted police and investigators reviewed CCTV footage taken from a camera in the school bus.
That footage showed Khan directing the child to a specific seat on the bus, officials said. He then “draped his body across the juvenile while securing her seatbelt and inappropriately touching her for an extended period of time,” according to police.
After the teen was secured in a seat, Khan was observed on video touching the victim’s leg and inner thigh area, officials said.
When the victim tried to close her legs, Khan could be seen on video pulling her legs apart in order to continue the abuse, police said.
During this encounter, video surveillance captured Khan appearing to use his cellphone to record videos and photographs of the teen victim and, police said, he appeared to be putting his hand in his pants and touching himself, as well.
Khan has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, indecent assault and related offenses.
He is currently in police custody at the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to pay bail of 10% of $500,000.
Khan has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Aug. 11, 2026.
An investigation into this incident remains ongoing, police said.
