Overnight lane and ramp closures will begin along U.S. Highway 101 on Monday between South San Francisco and East Palo Alto as Caltrans crews carry out road work.
The intermittent closures are scheduled from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weeknights through Aug. 31. Crews will perform paving, guardrail installation and electrical work during the overnight hours, Caltrans said.
Motorists should expect delays, allow extra travel time and use caution when traveling in the area.
