PennDOT to resurface state highways across Philly region next week

Drivers in the Philadelphia region beware: highways across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties will experience lane closures as a part of PennDOT’s ongoing resurfacing projects.

To know whether or not your travel or commute will be affected by these repairs, see the restrictions below by county.

Bucks County

  • When: Monday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 25 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Where: Woodbourne Road between Cobalt Ridge Drive and Big Oak Road, Middletown Township
  • About: Milling, base repair, utility adjustments

Chester County

  • When: Monday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: Chestnut Tree Road between Horseshoe Pike and Route 82 (Manor Road), Honey Brook and West Nantmeal townships
  • About: Milling, paving, utility adjustments

Delaware County

  • When: Sunday, Sept. 20 through Friday, Sept. 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., 6 p.m. to a.m.
  • Where: Route 663 (King Street/Charlotte Street) between Route 100 (Pottstown Boyertown Bypass) and Route 73 (Big Road), Pottstown Borough, Lower Pottsgrove Township, New Hanover Township
