A person was arrested on the De Anza College campus in Cupertino, the De Anza Community College District Police Department said on Friday.
Police said officers on patrol noticed a person acting suspiciously on campus and made contact. Authorities said a records check revealed the person had an outstanding felony warrant.
Police said officers also found the suspect had an axe, suspected methamphetamine and heroin, loaded hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.
The person was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on multiple drug, weapons and warrant-related charges, according to authorities.
